Terms & Conditions

1. Course Registration

By registering for the Better Lender Course, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Course access and materials are intended solely for the registered participant and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without written consent.

2. Cancellations & Transfers

All registrations are non-refundable. However, seats are transferable to another participant or may be credited toward a future Better Lender Course if a written request is submitted before the scheduled start date.

3. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All course content—including presentations, workbooks, templates, role-play guides, and recordings—remain the exclusive property of Lend Money | Make Money. Materials are for personal education only and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial teaching or consulting purposes without express written permission.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect toward others. Lend Money | Make Money reserves the right to remove any participant from the session (in-person or virtual) for behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Media & Recording Release

By attending this course (virtually or in person), you consent to the recording of sessions and authorize Lend Money | Make Money to use your likeness, image, or voice in photos, videos, or promotional materials, without additional compensation or notification.

6. Technology & Access

Virtual participants are responsible for maintaining their own internet connectivity, devices, and software. Lend Money | Make Money is not responsible for connectivity issues or missed sessions due to participant-side technical difficulties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Lend Money | Make Money, its instructors, and affiliates assume no liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in the course or reliance on the material provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.
